We welcomed Melvin last October of 2023 and Melvin’s goal was to purchase a home by Feb 19, 2024 – anniversary date.
She received check - ins at least every 20 -25 days. To ensure that she’s doing her part, keeping credit card balances below 10%, make at least 12 months of on time payments, and not applying for any new credit (outside of the accounts that we advised).
